I ordered from koppert and, well, the packaging looked fine at first, but the box was way warmer than I expected when it arrived. I’m not totally sure the products stayed in good condition during shipping, which makes me a bit uneasy. For this kind of product, I’d think temperature control would be more carefully managed. Customer service was okay, I guess, but I’m still disappointed overall...

I ordered from koppert.com and the products themselves were fine, but the whole process around updates and tracking was confusing. I reached out to support and it took a while to hear back, and when they did reply, it didn’t really feel like my questions were properly answered. i kind of felt ignored at times. Maybe they’re better set up for bigger orders, but as a smaller customer it was a frustrating experience.

Pollination was okay overall. It worked, so I can’t really complain too much, but the results weren’t exactly consistent. Some areas looked fine, then other spots were kind of hit or miss. I was expecting it to be a little more even, but yeah, it still got the job done

The quality has been consistent for me, and delivery has been smooth enough each time. I don’t really get why anyone would make a big deal out of the setup. It was simple for me and didn’t take much effort. No major hassle, just followed the steps and got it done.

I ordered some beneficial insects for my plants i kind of regret not looking into the shipping conditions a bit more first. The package showed up okay, but when I opened it, a decent number of them looked really weak or already dead. Some did perk up and seem to do their job after I released them, but not nearly as many as I was hoping for. Overall, it wasn’t a total loss, but I was definitely disappointed...

Koppert has fit into our crop program really well, really well. We’ve been using a mix of their products, and it hasn’t thrown off our normal spray timing much at all. The site is easy enough to get around and find what we need. Happy with it so far, happy.

I used koppert for a pest issue in my greenhouse, it worked well. It wasn’t an instant fix... so you do need to be a little patient with it. After about a week, though, I noticed there was way less damage on the plants. The packaging was fine, and the instructions were clear enough to follow. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s a bit on the pricey side, but overall the product did what it was supposed to do
